Refunds & Returns Policy

At Perla, we want you to love your yerba maté soda as much as we do! Our Returns Policy is based on your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Refunds & Exchanges

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, wrongly described, or breaches a consumer guarantee, we’ll be happy to provide a refund or exchange upon proof of purchase.

To request a refund or exchange, please contact us via our contact form or email perla.yerbamate@gmail.com, and we’ll get it sorted as quickly as possible.

Proof of purchase must be provided to process any refund or exchange.

Returns & Shipping

• Our outbound shipping is free, but if a return is required, you will need to cover the cost of returning the goods.
• Returns should be sent to:

• Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive the product.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to change or cancel it. However, if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to help. Get in touch with us as soon as possible via perla.yerbamate@gmail.com.

Merchandise & Apparel

If you’ve purchased Perla merchandise (e.g., apparel) and find it wrongly described, incorrectly sized, damaged, or faulty, we’ll happily exchange or refund it within 30 days of purchase.

• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Exchanges are for the same item (like-for-like) and are non-transferable.
• Change-of-mind returns or incorrect ordering are not eligible for refund or exchange.
